How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is free for all digital pattern products.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the Online Delivery option as the only available "shipping" option for this site. If you would like paper patterns shipped to you, please visit & enter our printed pattern division.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
Please note: Our login system is case and space sensitive. Many smart phones and tablet devices have a default setting that automatically capitalizes the first letter of each word. If you used a standard computer to register & are now trying to sign in on a media device or phone, it may be automatically capitalizing the first letter, giving you an email or password error and vice versa. Please make sure to type in your email and password exactly as you have during registration. Thank you.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy. We do not offer returns on digital products. We will offer a store credit on duplicate items where both items were purchased directly from us. We can not offer a store credit on duplicate items where one of the items was purchased elsewhere.
When will my order ship?
  All downloadable products are available for immediate download. If you are using a gift certificate you won't be able to download your items until we complete processing of the order, which is not automated for gift certificates. Please email us if you need something right away, otherwise we usually process gift certificate orders within 1-2 hours if the order is placed M-F 9am-6pm US Central Time Zone.

If you find that you are missing an item, please check your Download List for the item's stock number & when found simply try downloading it again. Remember to choose 'save' or 'save as' when downloading or the file won't be saved to your computer. If you don't find the item listed on your Download List please email us so that we can assist you in receiving the specific file. If requesting assistance, please include: your full name, product /stock number for the item, order date, & invoice number. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive an Order Confirmation upon completion of your order & payment.
